At JM Behavioral Health Consulting, I specialize in addiction treatment, offering a holistic approach to support personal growth and overcoming challenges. My teletherapy practice provides services for individuals and families seeking guidance and support from the comfort of their own home. As an experienced clinician I am trained to provide online counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and counseling to those in need.
Online Counseling
My online counseling services provide the same level of support and guidance as in-person sessions. I use secure and confidential video conferencing technology to connect with our clients from anywhere in the world. Whether you're struggling with addiction, depression, or anxiety, a certified counselor is here to help you navigate life's challenges.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical behavioral therapy is a proven method for treating a wide range of mental health issues, including Borderline Personality Disorder, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients identify negative thought patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and behaving. I teach emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness skills to aide clients in becoming more skillful in their daily lives.

Struggle is a normal reaction to abnormal events that may have left you feeling unlike yourself. It becomes consuming, costing you time with loved ones and friends, money, sense of peace, sleep, pleasure, joy, or your health and you want nothing more than to be yourself again; maybe even find yourself for the first time ever. I don't judge and am here to listen and be with whatever is going on with you, to provide a safe holding place for emotions and problems, and, if you’re ready, to facilitate interventions to help you reach your personal goals.

I am passionate about those moments when someone starts gaining insight, making changes and feeling better. Along the way, I welcome honest feedback about how that process is going; the most important thing is that you get what you need. Moreover, I commit to being honest with you and to providing any information I can that may help with healing.

Admitting something's wrong and then doing something about it takes courage.
